Failure Mode & Effect Analysis Certification Workshop

Course Overview

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) certification workshop by DOOR Training & Consulting International.

The definition of problem-solving from Merriam-Webster Dictionary is: “The process or act of finding a solution to a problem.

We claim: “Problem solving is the complete process of understanding and defining the problem, brainstorming a solution, finding alternatives, implementing the best solution, and making adjustments based on the outcome and ensure root cause is solved permanently.”

Problem-solving is important both to individuals and organizations because it enables us to exert control over all aspects of our business environment.

Developing and refining these skills through training, practice and learning can provide the ability to solve problems more effectively and over time address problems with a greater degree of complexity and difficulty which have a more severe impact on our business.

Participants learn by performing real analysis on real projects.

This training provides the most effective problem solving tools and techniques, applicable on real projects in the workplace.

What’s more, this training has an aim to enable clients to utilize multiple Lean tools in a structured and repeatable way in order to have every problem properly analyzed, addressed and solved.

FMEA is an effective tool for problem solving and risk management. FMEA should be used to identify, prioritize and manage failure before it occurs. The elimination, control, or reduction of a risk reflects total commitment by the entire organization.

Today the focus is on prevention, and the emphasis is to minimize the probability of failure, and to achieve this FMEA is the appropriate and one of the most effective tools.
